What is needed to power the GCA?
The GCA is designed to work with a minimum 12V DC power system.

What is the current drawn by the GCA?
The GCA draws an average of 28 amps of DC power under normal operating conditions.

Will the GCA shorten the lifespan of the car battery?
The car battery is consistently re-charged with the engine power and the lifespan is not expected to diminish under normal usage.

Is it a major modification?
No, there are minimum dismantling and changes required to your existing aircon system.

How long does the installation take?
Our trained technicians are able to complete the installation within a day after identifying the vehicle orientation.

For example; if the existing compressor requires a total of 6 hp to operate; then you should expect an equivalent of 6 hp gain with the new installation.
